Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed towards the credit card used in your transaction.  Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If you wish to make an exchange, please just place a new order online and return your original item/s separately.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. It is advised that you send your return via a trackable service. 

Sale or Custom Items:
Merchandise purchased ‘on sale’ is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Any custom items may not be returned or exchanged.
